Well, sorry to necro, but that just entirely shattered my view of the man.

Last I heard, it was all just accusations and I didn’t dig that much deeper into it but, um… to quote Will Smith in Men in Black, “damn”.

Lowered my opinion of Palmer a lot as well, as she very obviously knew a lot about what was going on and turned her cheek on a few occasions, it seems.

    oh, boy.

I am going to put the same warning on this post as I did on the one in literature:

For anyone about to read the article, it is A LOT. Like, I don’t have any particular triggers and I had a hard time reading it.

The CW itself almost needs a CW, so I spoilered it here:

    spoiler

CW: SA, Physical abuse, non consenting bdsm, child abuse, humiliation, corrective SA

If you don’t want to read it, the TL;DR is that Gaiman is a monster

Well…that was an agonizing article to read. I’d heard of some of the allegations about Gaiman a while back, but it just gets worse and worse the further on you read. And it’s really damning when Gaiman’s response essentially boils down to “yes it happened, but it was consensual I swear.”

I only know him because he made an appearance on The big bang theory. I swear its some sort of curse with guest cameos either dying or being exposed for being bad people.
