With all the upcoming changes to my insurance provided by my employer and the attacks on gender-affirming healthcare, and the fact that the wait time right now at all the hospitals in my network is between 4-5 years, the only way Im ever going to be able to get bottom surgery is if I findraise the money to go get it overseas. Please help me do that. My fundraiser has been a pretty big flop ao far. My bottom dysphoria is absolutely unbearable.

Sorry, I am very new here. Whats with those bots? Lol
To explain the other ones, amber is the name of a former member of the chapotraphouse podcast, idk why her name is a bot trigger but its the oldest of the bots by far.
Volcel police / volcel vanguard was a joke about an anti horny robocop who’d arrest people for being too horny in a way that made other people uncomfortable bcs the site culture used to be way hornier and it got a bit too much so there was a lot of pushback against it and then someone thought it would be funny to make a bot, doing a whole spiel every time volcel vanguard was mentioned.
Parenti quote is a reference to a series of quotes from marxist political scientist Michael Parenti who gets quoted here quite a lot so we had a bot that would respond with one of the various oft quoted extracts from one of his books, though that bot seems like it doesn’t work anymore.

Amber.
So most of the bots are references to the old r/chapotraphouse subreddit in-jokes. It would take a while to explain the context for all of them.
For example, the whata-redacted-ism bot originated from western liberals coming in and saying the liberal capitalist press line that comparing the policies, histories and actions of countries (especially when they portray the US in a negative light) is the ‘Russian tactic of ‘whataboutism’’ as opposed to, you know, the longstanding academic tradition of understanding and contextualizing the foreign and domestic policies of state and non-state actors between each other. When they would say the word they would get an automatic reply making fun of them for using it.
Now that that specific phrase is out of the usual liberal argument lexicon, it is mostly used as a way to bump mutual aid threads to the top of the algo, which is a pretty good use for it.
The others are similarly based in other in-jokes, recurring phrases or arguments.
