Explanation: The Nazis used high doses of amphetamines and especially methamphetamine to give their soldiers ‘staying power’ in the field, part of why they overran France - some Nazi tankers were driving and fighting for a week straight without sleep or rest. Lower doses of extended release amphetamines are used in the modern day to treat ADHD. One imagines the occasional lone guy with ADHD and a pervitin pill was sitting under a tree and rethinking some life choices instead.
If it was ethical to do, this would be a great way to diagnose it.
I was on methylphenidate for a long time since I was a kid, and it was getting a lot tougher to do stuff. Doc switch me to amphetamine. First time I took it was exactly like I remembered how the world worked, and I didn’t need to process and react to everything. I was chill. Complete. In the moment. My imagination had been reigned in. My emotions were under my control.
But how fucking awful to get that experience when people are dying around you from things traveling faster than you can hear them
My current ADHD medicine is similar to meth. No idea if it’s true or not but I think it’s funny
If it’s amphetamine based, then it’s basically meth micro dosing (very simplified)

Weird that this is a gif. It confuses the hell out of my app.
I had to change the format to a gif to get it to upload. World’s filter is being weird.
