When I say lightweight, I mean it. It runs well on a 9 year old chromebook with a n2840. Niri is amazing for laptops because it is an infinite scrolling compositor, which makes great use of touchpad gestures

I would like feedback from people about things you like and things you would change. Github repo: dotfiles

Maybe you can record a video to show the scrolling features and how you use it?

Yes I will do that when I have the chance. Only bad thing is that the laptop I use to record (not my main) has a bad trackpad which struggles to pick up gestures sometimes.

Just uploaded a video that better shows what niri does

I’m just here to point out the technical inconsistency of the light on the moon in front of the planet in the wallpaper. They’re lined up and being lit by the same star/sun so they should be illuminated the same angle.

Don’t worry though, my phone wallpaper has a similar issue, these graphic artists just don’t give a damn.

In person the background looks very nice, especially with the blur in alacritty. As long as you don’t look too hard it looks nice. I like it a lot, but there are a few other wallpapers that I found cool in the repo under Pictures.
