There was an outage in their hosting provider yesterday and the creator of Loops says there will be a big update this weekend: https://mastodon.social/@dansup/113568454654426089 Maybe check back later this weekend/next week? I’m guessing they don’t have a notification system set up since the closed signups seem temporary
