minus-squareJyek@sh.itjust.workslinkfedilinkarrow-up2·12 hours agoSetting up a local user account only is easy. Shift+f10 to open command prompt and then run OOBE\BYPASSNRO and then you can run the setup with zero network requirements and zero account requirements.
