What seasoning do you use for the scramble? Recipes I find use yeast extract, garlic, turmeric.
I’m not really trying to replicate eggs to be honest because I never really liked them so I don’t use black salt which smells like eggs. I put in nutritional yeast, salt, white pepper, ground sage, and a squeeze of lemon. The tart from the lemon brings out the salt and glutamates from the nutritional yeast
