    Just look for another job. Why contribute to a corporation that treats you like this when there are other opportunities?

      Because the market, in IT anyway, is flooded with solid applicants that left RTO jobs.

      Because Amazon pays around 300% more than other tech companies. They work you to the bone though. People who work there usually have a <5 year exit plan. The idea is to shave 10 years off your retirement savings in a few years and then get out before you break.
