Ukraine’s military has been under severe pressure of late, in part due to Russia’s greater manpower and deeper resources. “There are plans to call up more than 160,000 people,” the secretary of Ukraine’s National Security Council, Oleksandr Lytvynenko, told parliament on Tuesday.

The announcement comes as Ukraine continues to commit personnel for its incursion in the Kursk region of Russia, which started in August.

Kursk is by far the most foolish Ukrainian plan ever in the war. Objective was to create a nuclear disaster at the nuclear plant?

Not only are they losing Donbas territory every day from the diversion, they should have done a mass retreat at least a week ago, as they are also getting routed with high risk of encirclement and total loss in Kursk.

Mobilizing fresh troops for Kursk is pure meat grinder suicide. Ukraine is already running out of bodies.

It is critical for world that this war gets resolved soon under Russian terms (consistent all along), and that Russia can de-escalate its military production and contribute to global warming solutions.
