Vice President Kamala Harris's presidential campaign has clarified that she does not believe Israel is committing genocide in Gaza after an incident at a rally suggested that she did. At a campaign event at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a protester interrupted Harris and said she invested "billions of dollars in…
okay who the fuck is thomas massie and why isn’t he getting in line? is he just some rando that accidentally got the job and hasn’t been sufficiently disciplined yet?
you do not, under any circumstances, gotta hand it to a libertarian US senator. he supports Israel’s “right to exist,” he just doesn’t think it’s antisemitic to disagree. average libertarian contrarian tantrum where he affirms all the premises of the institutions but rejects one of the conclusions based on a piddling technicality, thereby ensuring that everyone yells at him and he preserves his outsider veneer without actually having to affect anything or stand for something.
their lobbyist have massive influence on this issue.
And i would say this also is the fault of US. It’s the ages old money laundering and funnel scheme where US politicians can’t just openly steal the budget money so they funnel it to Israel and some of the money get back to them through AIPAC as laundered donations. Only difference is that this is doubly illegal in most other countries in the world but perfectly ok in USA (also note that it isn’t the main reason for the staunch support for Israel, they would do it even for free, but a lucrative side grift and adds personal incentive to class interests).
israel truly truly runs america. how can anybody deny this reality? when presented with all the facts what other conclusion is there to come to?
This is like saying Azerbijan runs Turkey. You can say this has “nothing to do with Judaism” but that is were this train of thought has to go if you seriously think that this is a separate thing.
crazy how there is only one political opinion in the entire United States federal government on this issue, which is “yes, I eagerly support genocide”
like look at this shit, there are over 400 representatives and every single one of them agrees on this issue: https://www.congress.gov/bill/118th-congress/house-resolution/888/all-actions?overview=closed&q={"roll-call-vote"%3A"all"}
tlaib was the lone ‘present’ and a republican voted no lmao
and yet it’s sooooooooooooo important to vote so that my views are represented!!!
“There is no genocide, but we still eagerly support it, and they deserve it”
It didn’t happen, they deserved it, we will do it again.

Israel doesn’t run America bruh
America willingly supports it
Israel doesn’t “run” America.
At most you can say their lobbyist have massive influence on this issue.

“Israel” does exert influence but American bourgeoisie is the dominant partner in the relationship
America is a partner in this genocide because it views “Israel” as a key pillar of US hegemony
