I wonder if those under desk bikes are enough movement to avoid these issues, or if that’s still not enough.

So its not just useless, but even worse than sitting. Yikes. I guess the healthy thing is to create situations that make you move around more. Get up to drink water, get up for a snack, get up for anything else you can think of while working a desk job.
