Directly profiting off tax is another. They do it already in so many places, but it will never be enough, it’s the product of hyper capitalism
Their problem is mostly that it spends money helping poor people, when all that money could be allocated to further tax cuts for rich people.
Disasters create poor desperate people. Poor desperate people give cheap labor.
