GEICO, the second-largest vehicle insurance underwriter in the US, has decided it will no longer cover Tesla Cybertrucks. The company is terminating current Cybertruck policies and says the truck “doesn’t meet our underwriting guidelines.”
If it’s anything like starlink, then I’d be stuck with whatever the hell I could get. I bought a home with a starlink satellite and I just said “fuck it” after I tried dealing with their nonexistent customer service. It sucks because there was no cell coverage at my house either.
