HoloLens 2 production has ended, Microsoft confirmed to UploadVR, and software support will end after 2027.

Hear me out… Hololens runs “Windows Holographic System,” which is based on regular Windows. Would it be possible to run GNU/Linux on the glasses? If so, that would be fucking awesome, though I’d imagine the hardware support would be lackluster.
