As a 40 year old who wants to sleep more, and has never been to a rave…how do I start this thing?
I much prefer smoothed brown noise over white noise. It’s less sharp than white noise if that makes sense.
I dislike the treble hiss in white noise when I’m trying to sleep. Brown noise is much better (kinda sounds like the engine drone inside an airplane to me)
i recommend Soma.FM, its free and no commercials, their drone zone stream.
what other snoozers do you losers use?
