The Trump campaign ousted an architect of Project 2025, but ultraconservatives vowed to save the policy manifesto, which was blessed by J.D. Vance.

Wait, I thought he had “nothing to do with Project 2025.” How do you force out the leader of something you’re not involved with?

Oof. Alright, gimme some time to find the right 3 seconds and do a total breakdown. I’m pretty sure it’s possible, but it could take a while.

    It’s a con.

They “eject” the “frontman,” then claim Proj. 25 is “less of a threat,” save some face to secure moderates’ votes, and then if they win the election they implement proj. 25 anyway, without any changes.

Also, by kicking him out and then implementing it anyway, they take credit for his work. I wonder whether being discarded like a piece of trash the moment he outlived his usefulness came as a surprise to him. A very Trumpian move all-around.

Now that’s it’s written he needs to eliminate anyone who can claim authorship. This is so he can use it as a playbook while not appearing to give the plan credence.

Their announcement post on it contains mostly vocal support for the bot, but I hope the admins take note of the downvotes on the bot too, because more people are willing to click the up/downvote button to express their like or dislike for it than to actually comment about it.

Sadly I don’t think anything will be done about it from .world based on an admin comment, maybe other instance admins will do something about it though hopefully
