To be fair, they did that with Pelosi but, she’s off the stage now so they can call Kamala “Cackling Kamala Harris, the Wicked Witch of the West Coast.”
Though nothing can top those boomer edits of a green Pelosi as Margaret Hamilton. I don’t know what it is about that movie that causes boomers to make smug references to it but do it a lot.
See cackling is great because it tickles those vestigial “woman with power = evil witch” nodes at the back of the hog’s brain.
