Honestly I think if they hand pick it’ll either be Gavin Newsom or Mayor Pete with Klobuchar or AOC as VP, mostly because of just how reactionary those men are and how sycophantic those women are. But I honestly don’t think any candidates they have could possibly win.
I think what they’re doing is creating theater to show they “really are trying to beat Trump but gosh darn it the infighting and the voters are the problem”. Essentially, they’re creating all the seeds of the spin they’re going to need for the inevitable Trump victory.
