Very solid and mature parametric modeler, and if your workflow doesn’t rely on booleans too much, the hobbyist version is generally under $200 for a perpetual license.

Yes, the hobbyist version really pushes you to do things as new sketches with extrusions and pockets. The workflow is intended for people who will make one part at a time, to be fabbed directly on a 3D Printer or CNC. It’s not great for molds or really complex geometry where you’d want to do a boolean combine.
I’m using booleans on nearly every part. I think I remember why I decided against buying a license. Thanks!
