You need to cast super glue for wounds.

Although apparently that dialogue isn’t quite right; it was developed for gun sights in WWII and applied to wounds in Vietnam, according to this: https://www.popularmechanics.com/technology/a25067/the-surprising-military-history-of-superglue/

Anyway, Dog Soldiers is a great B movie.
