I know this is a weird question. But I’m just wondering. Please don’t kill me.

I do body weight exercises. And finding it harder to do exercises that want me to lay down on my front side. Because, my ____ is squishing.😮‍💨

Also, there is a stupid stigma that exercise makes women more masculine. But are there any workouts that make a man look feminine? Like, it would be bit weird to see a BLL sized butt on a man, right?

This question came to my mind when I saw a workout plan in my app. The plans’ name is “Bikini Body”. I was like, “I should probably stay away from this. But what happens if I did it anyway?”

You’re overthinking it, the process should be :

How do you want to look / feel ➡️ What exercises will help you achieve that look / feel ➡️ Proceed to workout

Anything else is external and thus irrelevant

Obviously it’s easier to say, you don’t just ignore social stigma or anxiety by tomorrow morning, but focus on the process and your goals

      Thanks man.

      You’re overthinking it,

I think so too. I do that a lot.

Yeah it’s hard to overcome and I’m not qualified to give proper advice for that, I do that too, and then get stuck in a loop of thinking about the current issue and all of it’s components…

And my brain thinks the more I think about it the more information I can gather to face the issue at hand, when in reality I’m just wasting time fueling my anxiety.

So yeah good luck with handling that, I find that focusing on little things and making slow progress without worrying too much about the big picture helps a little !

Part of my goals in working out is to feel like I can finally comfortably lift giant dogs like babies. Nobody asked, but just wanted to add to how diverse our goals can be.

For sure, for me it’s mostly about finding the right balance between my weight and feeling comfortable when doing physical tasks. I’ve always been rather skinny and light as a kid, now as an adult with more weight I feel more grounded and comfortable, but that weight isn’t to my liking in terms of balance between muscles and fat haha
