    Which in of itself is an offence/crime according to the ICC stature.

    Article 70 - Offences against the administration of justice

    1. The Court shall have jurisdiction over the following offences against its administration of justice when committed intentionally:

    […] (d) Impeding, intimidating or corruptly influencing an official of the Court for the purpose of forcing or persuading the official not to perform, or to perform improperly, his or her duties;

    (e) Retaliating against an official of the Court on account of duties performed by that or another official;

    Genocide Joe and Apartheid Anthony committing more international crimes. The US is a rouge state that does not care about international law, I hope for regime change soon

        Russia isn’t a state member of the ICC either but that didn’t stop the US and allies from enthusiastically pushing for the ICC to issue a warrant for Putin’s arrest.

        There’s some academic debate about whether the ICC theoretically has jurisdiction over non-states members, but realistically nobody is going to do shit against either Russia or the US.
