Like even if they have nothing else they could just leak IP is there any law against it ? Or any technical aspect stopping them ?

        Oh, it’s an android app? Then your IP is pretty much worthless if I’m not mistaken. You should get a new IP every time you make a new connection. Just test it. Go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ , turn off your data, turn it back on, reload the webpage. Mine gives me a new IP every time I turn off cell data.

        Also, there’s a TOR android app.

          Yeay i use the android tor bruh what did you think ? Also does it matter if it resets ip everytime like isn’t it still geo traceble ?

            This only works when using Mobile Data. You will most likely have the same WAN address if using WiFi. Dynamic WAN addresses do change periodically, however at the whim of your ISP. Now unless you pay for a static IP address, this local WAN address is also useless. Hell even a static IP address doesn’t open you up to much harm.

            As far as geolocation goes: IP’s are given in blocks, no one will be able to get your precise location, only what ever your ISP is broadcasting.

            My location will sometimes show Seattle, other times MPLS, all depends on whichever route it takes.

              But i have extracted some accurate IP’s using grabify tho.
