minus-squareCashewNut 🏴linkfedilink2•5 months agoI think that’s how I cured my psychosis. When the psychiatrist refused to prescribe anti-psychotics I realised I could only help myself. So I stopped engaging with then listening to the voices and eventually I stopped hearing them.
