Sure, there’s many places that have robust public transit that isn’t an urban center.
Depends on where you live. Where I live, there are many places with good public transportation. And many many people who own two or more cars/family.
So you’re telling me that farmers working on their own ranch/farm quite far away from modern mass transit infrastructure shouldn’t have their own mode of transportation?
