    Not really, since 19 people have died in space and ~ 117,000,000,000 homo sapiens have existed in total that would mean 99.999999983% would be more accurate meaning only 1 more digit and it would have been acceptable.

    117000000000 - 19 = 116999999981 116999999981 / 117000000000 = 0.99999999983760683760683760683761 0.99999999983760683760683760683761 / 1 = 99.999999983760683760683760683761 / 100 = 99.999999983760683760683760683761%

    In fact, if you take the number in the meme in decimal form and multiply that by the 117B we got earlier, the result is only different by 98, which is well within the margin of error of the 117B guess in the first place.

      Interesting. Before I posted the comment I did some searching to try to determine how many people have died in space. Seemed to me like the actual number was more like 3 (according to an astronomy.com article). Seemed like most of the deaths have occurred within our atmosphere (either leaving or returning). But regardless, 3 vs 19 wouldn’t change that math with such a high denominator. Ty.
