With Zelensky suspending the elections in Ukraine last year, there is no chance of peace and the war will drag indefinitely. I bet if there were elections most people would choose a pro Russia government just to end the war.

Curious that there is a gap in the Soviet legislative elections around 1940. I wonder why that is.
