My wife and I started talking about this after she had to help an old lady at the DMV figure out how to use her iPhone to scan a QR code. We’re in our early 40s.

    Yeah I have worked for two different apps in customer service and I end up talking to teens and people in their early 20’s- who are just as bad as boomers when it comes to their devices and figuring out how an app works. I noticed younger people are also VERY quick to claim they were hacked when they aren’t aware of what hacking actually is.
