Well, of course they don’t want you using services that don’t collect KYC information. Duh!
Every miner is a crypto transmitting service.
I’ve been under the impression that if something doesn’t deal in fiat they’re not aoney transmitter. I’m also under no delusions that they’ll not try to classify crypto moving as money transmission. Of course they will. The question is, will the people who will inevitably go to court over this be prepared to argue this effectively?
You need to pay taxes on the sale of this “property”. You are transmitting “money” you need a licence.
The state is made up of a bunch of criminal hypocrites who’s job is to squeeze as much wealth as possible from the population and hand it over to the ruling class.
Let’s not forget they have no authority to interfere with money transmission to begin with. We are dealing with psychopathic criminals.
We have allowed them peruse persons involved in crimes where a victim can be identified, they have taken this authority to persecute anyone they please based on parasite banker decrees.
Mining isn’t a transmission service. All mining does is validates a transmission that already happened. If validation equals doing, then you could send all auditors and detectives and judges to jail for the crimes they investigate and convict.
Don’t give them more ideas. If you haven’t noticed, no amount of logic or reasoning will keep them from using their systems, and your tax dollars, to hassle who they please to send a message.
