That’s crazy! The police did the worst possible to charge him, I mean did they contact Amazon? Did they search his device’s and stuff to find anything related?
So many things went wrong here.
The fraud victim from Ontario:
- Did they send a chargeback or dispute to their bank/cc company as they opened the investigation?
The triangulation scam victim who did nothing wrong except talk to the police:
- Did they not have the receipt/invoice and bank statement that shows they purchased it on Amazon that was through a 3rd party seller that is not Walmart?
The police:
- What the fuck are they doing punishing the ones who didn’t do anything wrong and calling it a day?
