As far as online memberships go $1.67 per month is negligible to most people. It should be remappable if it has no use but Nintendo are weird like that.

Not really that surprising that an online feature requires an online membership. As far as online memberships go $1.67 per month is negligible to most people.
It should be remappable if it has no use but Nintendo are weird like that.
