      Cake is the best rock band of the 90s and I’m not taking counter-arguments

      All their stuff holds up really well. Their first three records are chef’s kiss. Their sound is unique, both serious and a little silly without ever being cheezy.

      The Seattle scene will be forgotten. Their music isn’t fun our even all that important outside of its moment. It was absolutely incredible in its moment, though.
