It did not have much success, grossing just $226 in Los Angeles and $9 from one viewer in Philadelphia.

    Brutal

I to a look into it, it seems that the numbers come directly from the lawyers. Grossing here is referring to just what was accumulated in movie theaters and they focused in just Los Angeles and Philadelphia. I can assume only to showcase the limited spread of the film.

I also agree that it was a brutal argument and it was very bold from the director to sue.

Director M. Night Shyamalan has been cleared of all charges after he was accused of plagiarising from an independent film for his Apple TV + series Servant.

Italian-born director Francesca Gregorini had been seeking up to $81 million in damages after alleging that Shyamalan and his collaborators had lifted narrative elements from her 2013 film The Truth About Emanuel.
