Unfortunately it’s just not that simple. 40% of workers in the EU sit for their job (https://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/web/products-eurostat-news/-/ddn-20190305-1) and I’d hazard a guess that the majority of those will be in offices that give you a standard computer chair and desk. Most people just don’t have control over their work environment to be able to do that.
Totally agree, however, with getting up and moving about - I feel like shit at the end of the day if I don’t go for a walk at lunchtime. Used to get weird looks when I worked in the office and said I was going out instead of staying at my desk.
I have a silly nitpick. It IS simple in terms of the solution. Its not simple amidst the logistics of modern life. Its funny to me how much we justify being assholes to our own bodies.
You have to squat, sit on your knees, and generally move about often. No chair… definitely no computer chairs.

Just get a bouncy-ball chair. No company is going to complain and many would buy it for you. They’re a huge help.
